Online Return Policy

We hope you have enjoyed your new INGLOT products. If you are unsatisfied with the product/s you have purchased, you may return it for an exchange or a refund with 30 days of your purchase date.

Please note:

All items from our sale collection are tagged as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for a return or exchange. All items marked down in price are classified as "Final sale". However, faulty items deemed faulty by our team, can be returned once our customer service team have been notified.

All items purchased online are unable to be returned in-store or vise versa.

If you are returning a makeup case, backpack or chair, return shipping is at the buyers expense.

To determine if your product can be returned to INGLOT, please consider the following:

Change of Mind -

A refund or exchange for change of mind will be accepted if the product is unused, unopened and in original packaging for resale within 30 days.

Faulty –

A refund or exchange for faults will be accepted if the product is returned with original packaging and fault is determined within 30 days of purchase. If you think your item may be faulty, please contact our team sales@inglotcosmetics.com.au before returning.

Allergy -

A refund or exchange for allergic reaction will be accepted if the product is returned with original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Please note, any packages that have not been collected at the Post Office and sent back will be refunded.
