We hope you have enjoyed your new INGLOT product/s. If you are unsatisfied with the product/s you have purchased, you may return it for an exchange or a refund with 30 days of your purchase date.

Change of Mind -
A refund or exchange for change of mind will be accepted if the product is unused, unopened and in original packaging for resale
A refund or exchange for faults will be accepted if the product is returned with original packaging and fault is determined
A refund or exchange for allergic reaction will be accepted if the product is returned with original packaging.
Please re-package all products in the box you received them in along with the padding materials.

Please note in-store purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded through the online store and vice versa. No refunds on freedom system palettes. Any packages that have not been collected at the Post Office and sent back will be refunded.
