Online Return Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your Inglot purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date, provided that items are in their original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

Due to health regulations, products cannot be returned if they have been used in any manner.

For return purchases, shipping costs associated with the return will NOT be covered by Inglot ICA Cosmetics.

Please note:

All items from our sale collection are tagged as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for a return or exchange. All items marked down in price are classified as "Final sale". However, faulty items deemed faulty by our team, can be returned once our customer service team have been notified.

All items purchased online are unable to be returned in-store or vise versa.

If you are returning a makeup case, backpack or chair, return shipping is at the buyers expense.

ONLINE RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with the product/s you have purchased, you may return it for an exchange or a refund with 30 days of your purchase date, PRODUCTS MUST NOT BE USED AND IN COMPLETE PACKAGING UPON RETURN

Change of Mind -

A refund or exchange for change of mind will be accepted if the product is unused, unopened and in original packaging for resale within 30 days.

Faulty –

A refund or exchange for faults will be accepted if the product is returned with original packaging and fault is determined within 30 days of purchase. If you think your item may be faulty, please contact our team [email protected] before returning.

Allergy -

A refund or exchange for allergic reaction will be accepted if the product is returned with original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
