We hope you have enjoyed your new INGLOT product/s. If you are unsatisfied with the product/s you have purchased, you may return it for an exchange or a refund with 30 days of your purchase date.

Please note: All sale items from our sale collection are tagged as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please note that all items marked down in price are classified as "Final sale". However, faulty items deemed faulty by our team, can be returned once our customer service team have been notified.

Please note this is communicated across multiple touch points on our site and in store including the item listing, checkout, and on your confirmation email/receipt. If you believe your item may be faulty, please contact our team at

To return or exchange your item please download the necessary form so our team can process your request once received.

To determine if your product can be returned to INGLOT, please consider the following:

Change of Mind -

A refund or exchange for change of mind will be accepted if the product is unused, unopened and in original packaging for resale.

Faulty –

A refund or exchange for faults will be accepted if the product is returned with original packaging and fault is determined.

Allergy -

A refund or exchange for allergic reaction will be accepted if the product is returned with original packaging.

Please re-package all products in the box you received them in along with the padding materials.

Please note, any packages that have not been collected at the Post Office and sent back will be refunded.
