4. How do I sign up for Pro Artist or Student discount?
Inglot Cosmetics understands the importance of all industry professionals needing access to the best products. Therefore, we offer an industry discount to: Makeup Artists, Beauty Therapists, Influencers & Bloggers, Nail Technicians, Models, Makeup Artist Students and Hairdressers. 5. Why can some items not be shipped to New Zealand?
You might notice that some of our products are currently unavailable for delivery in New Zealand. This is due to them being considered a flammable liquid. We hope that in future this is something that we will be able to offer.

6. My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
If you notice that any of your products ordered have been damaged, please contact us immediately by phone on 0403 657 708 or via email: sales@inglotcosmetics.com.au with your order number. Please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Photos of how the packaging/box arrived is ideal.

7. I have been sent the wrong item, what should I do?
If you have been sent the wrong item, please email: sales@inglotcosmetics.com.au with your order number.

8. I cannot find the item I am looking for!
If you are unable to find what you are looking for on our website, there is a chance it could either be sold out or discontinued. Please contact us via email: sales@inglotcosmetics.com.au so we can assist you in locating the item or finding an alternative.

9. Why does Inglot discontinue items?
Sometimes we discontinue certain colours or a range from our brand. This is due to several reasons such as: Customer preferences, trends, a better product may have been created as a replacement or even that an ingredient/s used in manufacturing the product has been discontinued by a supplier.
