We offer standard and express shipping for all Australian orders shipped via Australia Post - signature required on delivery.

• Standard delivery: $10.00 for orders under $100 and free standard shipping for orders over $100.
• Express delivery: $15.00 for orders under and over $100.
• Makeup Cases: $15.00 standard delivery for orders under and over $100.

*Free shipping doesn't apply to makeup cases, backpacks or ZUCA's. These are also excluded from promotional codes.

**All makeup cases, backpacks or ZUCA will be charged and shipped separately from multiple items in a single order within Australia.

New Zealand Shipping

We offer standard international shipping to New Zealand via Australia Post.

• Standard delivery: Flat standard shipping rate of $15.00.

*Exclusions: Makeup Cases, Duraline, Nail Polish & Nail Polish Remover.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Thursday. Our team aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Please view the estimated delivery times for each location above, once dispatched.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I track my order?
Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped. If the email was typed incorrectly on the order, then you will not receive the Australia Post tracking information. For any questions, please email the customer service team at sales@inglotcosmetics.com.au.

Can I update my order once it has been placed?
If you need to make any changes to your order please contact our customer service team ASAP on sales@inglotcosmetics.com.au including your order number and the update required.

Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer digital gift cards.
